Position: Influencer Outreach Liaison
Location: Remote (US Timezone)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible with different US time zones)
Job Description:
The Influencer Liaison plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication with creators. They are tasked with building and managing a database of creators aligned with our brand, negotiating video prices and rights, handling payments, and overseeing the delivery of briefs, scripts, and content.
Key Competencies:
- Organization: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourcefulness: Ability to find innovative solutions to challenges.
- Empathy: Demonstrates understanding and empathy towards creators' needs.
- Patience: Maintains composure and patience in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in Customer Support or Sales.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs).
Desired Outcomes:
- First Month: Invite a minimum of 500 creators via the affiliate center for a brand, follow up with creators, and ensure content creation.
- Ongoing Monthly: Reach out to 2000 creators per month per brand, manage ongoing relationships, and request Spark Ads codes as necessary.
- KPIs: Find, outreach, and follow up with 2000 creators via TikTok Affiliate Center per month per brand. Provide weekly progress reports to team leads.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with TikTok and influencer management would be advantageous.
