El Talent Acquisition Business Partner es responsable de la estrategia y ejecución completa del ciclo de reclutamiento E2E (End to End) para todas las unidades de negocio o áreas funcionales del grupo. Este rol se asocia con los líderes de área para comprender profundamente las necesidades actuales y futuras de talento, y lleva a cabo iniciativas de reclutamiento para atraer, seleccionar y contratar talento de alto nivel. El TABP gestiona un equipo de reclutadores para ofrecer soluciones integrales de adquisición de talento.
Requisitos
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de reclutamiento integrales alineadas con los objetivos comerciales y los planes de fuerza laboral. Este punto lo trabajada en conjunto con Hiring Manager, y HRBP.
- Coordinar y entrenar a un equipo de reclutadores, proporcionando orientación, retroalimentación y desarrollo profesional.
- Mantener un conocimiento profundo de las necesidades de contratación de las unidades de negocio, roles, competencias y planes de crecimiento futuro. Este punto lo trabajada en conjunto con Hiring Manager, y HRBP
- Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para comprender profundamente los requisitos del rol, responsabilidades expectativas y criterios de éxito.
- Utilizar datos del mercado laboral y comparativos para desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento competitivas y efectivas.
- Utilizar técnicas y herramientas innovadoras de reclutamiento para construir robustos canales de talento para roles críticos.
- Habilidades creativas de búsqueda para atraer candidatos pasivos para roles nicho o de alta especialidad y generar cartera de candidatos.
- Garantizar que la experiencia del candidato cumpla con altos estándares a través de una comunicación personalizada y de seguimiento continuo, hasta el cierre de una vacante.
- Generar y analizar métricas clave de reclutamiento (tiempo de contratación, fuente de contratación, etc.) para evaluar la efectividad y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Identificar, proponer y gestionar implementaciones de nuevas herramientas de reclutamiento de así requerirse.
- Identificar y generar mejoras en los procesos para volverlos más eficientes y eficaces conforme necesidad del negocio
- Promover la marca del empleador y la propuesta de valor de la empresa a través de eventos de reclutamiento y otros inherentes al área, marketing, redes sociales, etc.
- Asegurar que las políticas, prácticas y toma de decisiones de reclutamiento cumplan con las leyes laborales y políticas internas del grupo.
- Garantizar la discreción y confidencialidad de procesos.
