PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement action plans based on the operation's opportunities. Optimize time and resources Manage transportation requirements. Manage the operations of the department, as well as the management and presentation of customs documents. Manage and control the inventory of annex 24 Monitor industry regulations and compliance issues related to import and export of goods. Prepare reports on various activities of the operation Import-Export Operation (Invoicing, Logistics, Customs Brokerage coordination, follow up on deliveries, Hazmat permits, FDA requirements, international shipments). Virtual Administration and Closing - Review and Closing of Consolidated Orders (Raw Material, Finished Product, Scrap) Fixed Assets Administration and Control Review and control of Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarder expense accounts Knowledge in VAT & IEPS Certification and Annex 31, discharges. Procedures in VUCEM, PROSEC, Rule Eight, extensions. Knowledge in NAFTA certificates of origin, rules of origin. Experience and requirementsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
