JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Ecommerce Sr Especialist to join our team and help in the management and development of our B2C digital / ecom strategy. It is important that this person is familiar with the ecommerce direct to customer and digital performance. This role provides support for mid-level management, direction for our ecommerce vendors and providers and as well commercial allies. If you are someone who is commercial and goal oriented, data driven, fashion lover, out of the box thinking, Innovator, resolutive and strategic thinking this role is perfect for you.
The main challenge of the position involves the management of our levi.com.mx for Mexico, focused on driving sales to the company, offer the best customer experience to our customers, coordinate efforts to drive traffic, customer engagement, loyalty, and coordinate innovative projects to stay ahead of the game in the industry.
Success in this role requires this:
Working hard. Being determined. Getting it right. Use commercial skills, consumer insights and data, negotiation skills and business acumen to increase sales, lower expenses & provide income growth. Executing efficient workflows and do not hesitate to make changes in the daily work as needed for improvement. Aligning brand commercial strategies to deliver Annual Financial Plan volume and profitability targets. Identifying, pursuing and delivering new business opportunities within .com that drive profitable revenue and income growth. Aggressively monitoring and quickly responding to opportunities in the market to identify ways to beat the competition. Coordinate and lead large and small groups to get main commercial drivers to keep .com growth by providing strong management and direction to team members using a collaborative approach. Manage, challenge and control ecommerce B2C KPIs according our measurable business and tries to achieve goals. Project and prevent according to sales scenarios. Making and analyzing reports in order to direct the best strategy to the teams, make better decisions and build better development plans with a sense of urgency. Involve and take new challenges that drive value to .com growth (Digital Marketing and CRM knowledge is essential) Lead and coordinate strategic projects by setting goals, expectations, goal oriented and push teams to involve and deliver their duties. Manage digital merchandizing, product assortment selection, planification and distribution In charge of provide the best Customer Experience in site end to end by coordinating and managing operations in Customer care, logistics, UX, IX, merch, marketing and finance. Control P&L, expenses, provide recommendations to increase profitability and reduce expenses. Create alliances and promotions in collaboration with payment methods, banks and stetegic partners. Owning the result and moving towards the company’s expectations.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is greatly appreciated, but a combination of college education and work experience is accepted Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce B2C (Direct to customer) retail apparel business or other consumer ecom similars.
