The Logistics Dispatcher plays a crucial role in coordinating the timely and efficient movement of goods, vehicles, and personnel to ensure smooth operations within the logistics department.




Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Desirable experience as a Logistics Dispatcher or previous experience in customer service or call center
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Intermediate or advanced English level
  • Feel comfortable doing multiple phone calls


Job activities:


  • Getting rates for a specific freight movement
  • Communication with drivers, brokers and clients via email and telephone.
  • Develop efficient and cost-effective transportation routes for drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Work to resolve problems such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Organizing client's paperwork/contracts, negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships and do the correct follow-up with key clients.
