• Training and Development: Develop and conduct training programs for internal staff and clients to enhance product knowledge and application proficiency.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Travel: Be prepared for regular travel throughout Latin America to support regional customers and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Engineering, etc.).
• +3 years of experience in the Protective and Marine coatings sector.
• Background in quality assurance and technical service, preferably in coatings or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within Latin America.
