Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Project Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo:

Tipo de contratación : Obra determinada

Este rol es responsable de La ejecución de los servicios de mantenimiento asignados al sitio.

Actividades:

Realizar la planeación, administración de proyectos internos (JLL) y externos (Cliente BBVA), asegurando desde la gestión hasta que, que los proyectos se lleven a cabo de manera eficiente en sistemas eléctricos (baja y media tensión), sistema EMS, sistema iluminación (Lutron), Sistema HVAC, Sistema DTI, Sistema PCI, Sistema Hidráulicos, sanitarios, obra civil y acabados cuando lo requiriesen, cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos con el Cliente interno y externo, dentro del presupuesto de calidad, presupuesto. Para esto deberá coordinar a diferentes equipos con especialidades y diversos roles, asegurar una comunicación fluida y efectiva con los grupos de trabajo. Será responsable de realizar el cierre documental que se requiriese y, la puesta en marcha o entrega de cada proyecto.

Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas

Formación:

Ingeniero mecánico, eléctrico, arquitecto titulado o, en trámite de titulación – comprobable.
