If youre ready to bring the best, come join the Suply Chain team as a Food Safety Head (10 month temporal role). Youll be responsible for Manages food safety and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) programs as well as pre-requisite programs in manufacturing processes, in addition to managing the food safety and sanitation budget. This role is based in our manufacture planta in Toluca with the expectation to be fully on site.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

Leadership: In charge of the developing standards to ensure that Kellogg products meet food safety expectations throughout the product production cycle. Strategic Mindset: Ensures that local and exporting country legislations are being correctly complied with as well as the correct execution of pre-requisite programs to ensure the production of safe products. Drive Results: Verifies and assures the management and compliance of quality programs oriented to food safety (SQF- HACCP), as well as participates in the generation, support and implementation of cost-saving projects. Sense of Responsibility and Organization: Ensures the training and updating of the organization on food safety issues and prerequisite programs (HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Cleanliness Procedures, allergen control, etc.). Builds Effective Teams: Provides guidelines for engineering, production, and maintenance areas in relation to Food Safety policies.

Were Looking for Someone With

Bachelor preferably in food science, chemical engineering, microbiology, or other related science program. 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing environment. Preferable knowledge of English 80%. HACCP certification and being an internal auditor (is a must). Computer skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
