The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible to:

- Craft and execute strategies to market EP brand (e.g., messaging, product grouping, relevant collateral, assess and prioritize, etc.).

- Develop local market life-cycle strategies (i.e. line extension, new indications) by collaborating with stakeholders in other Commercial Units.

- Forecast and track brand performance (sales and supply).

- Develop channel-specific approaches for key customer segments (e.g., retail, hospitals, governments, etc.).

- Engage in brand-specific campaigns (e.g., reminder campaigns or occasional content refreshes).

- Provide market insights to relevant Senior Regional EP Leads.

- Highlight and support opportunities for local partnerships.

- Serves as a local marketing expert for key non-HCP customer segments.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Full responsibility on sales and profitability of the 2 brands.

Demonstrate full understanding of HF, executing a collaboration between Viatris-Novartis as partnership.

Collaborate to develop the business plan for the assigned brands.

Develop sales materials, execution of marketing strategy.

Assess revenue potential for product.

Map relationships with stakeholders, customer journeys, and market dynamics to define transformation priorities (Interactions with Doctors, Patients, e-commerce B2B/B2C, among others).

Design Omnichannel Strategy and implementation.

Develop an innovative strategy and tactics that optimize relationships with key stakeholders.

The basic qualifications for this role are:

Over 2-4 years of experience in marketing, commercial or operations.

University degree in role-related careers.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Strong people and business leadership skills.

Strong strategic thinking.

Negotiation skills.

Cross-functional work capacity.

Strong in Finance (P&L and GTN clear understanding).

High capacity of teamwork.

Strong interpersonal relationship capacity.

Communication Skills.

Negotiation skills.
