About the role 

The FP&A Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. This position will preparing financial forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
• Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations.
• Develops P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
• Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, long range plans, inventory, and / or sales margins.
• Monthly closing analysis and package preparation including sales, orders, margins, and cash flow.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
• Provides quarterly functional cost analysis and forecasts.
• Audits financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws and standards.
• Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years experience of finance or accounting experience
• Advanced level of conversational English
• Advanced Excel level

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in a corporate environment
• Experience working with financial models and analysis software.
• Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to present recommendations effectively driving actionable results
• SAP and HFM experience
