Responsibilities

Responsible for the Direct Labor and Indirect Labor Hiring Process Control and management of Headcount (Aligned to annual budget and sales). Design and accomplish the annual training plan. Responsible of manage the relation with the Union. Carry out the activities in compliance with the Safety and Quality Systems stablished by the company. Manage the compensation packages of the plant as well as ensure to be aligned with budget. Ensure the correct processes of DO such talent review, nine box, succession planning, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in the Automotive Industry 5 years of experience as HR Manager. English Proficiency Problem Solving Teamwork Labor Relations
