Plant Controller for a global manufacturing company.
Location: Puebla
Essential: Advanced English and proficiency in US GAAP, MEX GAAP, SOX, cost accounting, and SAP or any other ERP.
We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in similar positions within the accounting or finance field, specifically in manufacturing or directly within a plant.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for issuing financial statements, overseeing the complete monthly and quarterly closing process.
- Management of the annual physical inventory control at the plant, supervision of cyclical counting.
- Creation and control of budget, plant reporting and evaluations, expense control, and planning for risks and execution plans for automations.
- Account reconciliation, fixed asset control, project management, and audits.
- Offering strong leadership to staff, direct reports, and other team members.
- Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to foster the personal and professional growth of the team.
- Overseeing and prioritizing work and assignments.
- Operating efficiently in a matrix environment, collaborating with Business Units (BU), and connecting with corporate finance and controllership.
- Collaborating and supporting processes within Global Shared Services (GSS) where relevant, actively engaging and taking ownership.
Tentative offer: $130,000 MXN gross monthly salary + superior benefits package.
