The role of H2R Analyst is responsible to support human resources area on back-office processes in order to contribute with efficiency, quality and indicators to the area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitor and ensure the right workflow at each step and every process. INVEX - Saving fund administration. Download Global View general reports. Create guest users in CONCUR. Update VACCINE and MAPP data base. ICB Payroll controls for HR managers. Company Car Management responsibilities.

Key requirements:

Advance level of English Customer service Administration and accounting areas Multicultural Organization Payroll Concepts Microsoft Office, Canva and Ariba Success Factors (Employee Central module) and SAP (Payroll module)
