Plan, direct, and monitor all production or maintenance activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production/maintenance specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.

You role will be:

Maintain world class safety performance

Apply Lean Management System at PTL on the maintenance activities

Demonstrate Planning & Execution of Production Programs

Projects & permits vertical star-up on time and budget.

Monthly budget compliance

Plant Savings from Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement / Lean

Comply with the reliability of maintenance of the productive channels of PTL.

Develop & execute capacitation matrix for maintenance technicians

Your profile needs these qualifications:

At least 5 years as Maintenance supervisor/Automation Engineer/Instrumentation and control technician

English language advanced skills

SAP PM Maintenance management

Projects management

Budget control and management,

Industrial security with STPS, NFPA,

Safety and protection of the environment with semarnat and ISO 1400

Quality standards of processes and products ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP

Automation and Control Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Electrical Engineer or any related.
