This position will coordinate all operation’s supervisors onsite, will create strategies to accomplish all customer needs.
Responsibilities
He or she will work closely to Operation’s Manager focused on achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
He or she will support Operation’s Manager to manage all new requirements from Ford Logistics and Ford Cuautitlan Assembly Plant.
This position will work closely with HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.
He or she will be a link between operations and quality and safety department.
Focused on created best practices to accomplish financial objectives.
Monthly planning according to production plan shared by customer.
Qualifications
3-5 years first as operations chief or senior operations supervisor. SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management. Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications. Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills. A 4-year degree. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions. English language proficiency at intermediate level
