PURPOSE

We are searching for a Finance Trainee, to start our 1 year rotation program. This will be a great opportunity to explore the different areas in our Finance department 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

PAYMENT METHOD PROCESS

Review & formalize boutiques policies by payment method DAY TO DAY SUPPORT TO BOUTIQUES Attend daily consultation from boutiques regarding payment related process

RETAIL ACCOUNTING

Ensure a proper registration and reconciliation of all boutique transactions

GENERAL ACCOUNTING

Participate to day-to-day accounting activities Support Group financial reporting

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Purchase to Pay process continuous improvement T&E policies & registers alignment

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Support B2B invoicing and payment collection

TAX FILLINGS

Participate to the preparation of the annual Tax filling Support the preparation of the annual tax report (Dictamen fiscal)

REPORTING

Support monthly closing process FP&A Support development of new analytical tools

INVESTMENT PROJECTS

Support preparation of investment projects (New boutiques)

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineer)

Advanced English level Office Package (Excel, Word, PPT)
