Overall responsibilities and duties:

The role of the HR Specialist consists on executing the Recruitment and Selection process in order to hire MOD personnel with strict adherence to the policies of Faurecia as well as ensuring compliance with the training required for the development of employee competencies through teamwork, continuous improvement, and the development of personnel within the framework of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES)and culture Being Faurecia, besides promoting the environmental care culture.

The main missions of the role are:

Ensure compliance with the requirements of the implemented IATF, ISO and C-TPAT systems focused on Human Resources. Ensure compliance with the STPS legal requirements regarding training. To meet the specific training requirements of the client and Faurecia corporate. Manage the allocated budget for the development of the training plan. Advise the different departments for the elaboration of the annual training plan which is finished at the end of February and according to the training priorities set within the plant (This could be from a combination of : MEMO, IDP, STAR, PIP, Budget etc.) Follow up and accomplishment for FES training Plan, level 1 and 2 defined at minimum for Managers, including Supervisors (Example: Learning lab, OSS, FES MOOC's, EE Fundamentals, workshops etc.) Keep updated the annual training plan and includes comments if any delay. Carry out the monthly training meeting where managers are able to explain the current status of their training plan. Ensure the registration, maintenance and daily archive in training database for internal control. Have updated the list of suppliers providing training services and follow up the invoices process. Keep updated the database of welding operators, as well as their records of metallographic tests. Responsible for the MOD recruitment according the Plant defined Procedure and the 1.03 FES brick. Responsible for the MOD onboarding process according to the FES 1.04 brick respecting the offline area to train MODs (egg. HSE Dojo, Quality Dojo, FES Dojo, etc.) Manage and control the records (Files) of all MOD personnel assuring that the minimum criteria set by the Plant is respected. Ensure induction training of all new employees. Coordinate the annual development review for MOD-TFA personnel respecting timing, development actions & comments. Updating of MOD job descriptions Attend internal and client audits for the launching and / or transfer of new projects Mastery of workstation follow up, all operators are shown in the matrix and workstations are filled by qualified operators. Responsible for coordinating trainees processes into the plant. Instructor of Ethics & being Faurecia training couse
