Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, you as a Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible to supervises daily activities of a medium sized warehouse staff to ensure that proper inventory levels and efficient use of space within the warehouse are achieved.
About Job:
Contributes to the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Provides input to the performance evaluation of the team.
Supervises the daily activities of a team by monitoring productivity; accountable for results of the team. Trains new team members on processes.
Identifies areas for development and recommends ways to improve processes.
Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts an escalation point of contact.
Implements change management initiatives to improve metrics and performance.
Other duties as assigned.
Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
About You:
Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level.
Supervisory skills.
Familiarity with warehouse operations.
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
Knowledge in MS Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail.
