About The Role
In this role as Business Analyst you will:
Take ownership of business requirements for product features based on stakeholder and customer input Act as a liaison between the engineering team and Product Management to deliver agreed upon features. Reviews product needs, instructions, regulations, and/or laws on medium level projects; implementing requirements documents which may include changes to software, using low to medium level programming skills, testing, and providing support to customers. Ensure that implementation follows the design and directs modifications of the design, along with ensuring system assurance methodology is followed. Develop and improve business processes within the technology organization. Participate in short- and long-term planning sessions with stakeholders to improve the customer experience and software development process. You are a fit for the Business Analyst position if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably within a data, technology or IT environment. Experience in Audit space would be nice to have Excellent verbal and written communication (English) Self-motivated and willing to drive work forward with minimal supervision. Collaborative, strong team player and contributor, with a track record of excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with an aptitude for clear and effective communication across various levels of the organization. Proficiency in data analysis, metric development, and reporting. Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger picture. Agile learners – Ability to learn something new.#LI-SB3
