What You Will Do

Lead the establishment of Stryker's Capital Investment Unit, overseeing a new business area.Achieve significant negotiations with key clients, including construction firms, architects, integrators, and major project execution groups, ensuring comprehensive inclusion of various Stryker products.Develop and manage a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to define program scope.Create and maintain the program Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and optimizing the schedule.Collaborate on the program budget, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial plans.Formulate program Quality Plans, actively monitoring and maintaining quality standards.Develop a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and addressing project risks.Build stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment with business leaders.

What You Will Need

Previous experience in similar positions.Bachelor’s DegreeAdvanced English skills required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Previous experience with capital investment negotiations
