(DIVERSIFIED PRODUCTS) FULFILLMENT INTERN (Contingent Worker)

Role Summary:

Apply sourcing policies; interact with different suppliers and business segments. Requires foundation and knowledge in customer services, procurement, or sourcing.

Essential Responsibilities:

Place and follow-up on POs (Purchase Order)

Update MRP systems (e-promise)

Proof of Delivery issues resolution: Daily monitoring of all the material that has been delivered but is lost on our side.

Develop awareness of manufacturing processes and improve product knowledge

Contribute to projects as team member within the Fulfillment organization.

Desired Characteristics:

English professional proficiency

Negotiation skills desired

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal 

Ability to coordinate several task and responsibilities simultaneously

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in international business, Relations, Administration, or Industrial Engineering from 7thsemester; one year, at least, to be graduated.

English professional proficiency

Availability from Monday to Friday (7AM – 4PM)
