Job Responsibilities
Concebir y gestionar proyectos de manera integral, considerando todos los aspectos impactados: desde la gente y sus capacidades hasta los nuevos procesos, tecnología, información y relaciones con clientes y proveedores.
Liderar y supervisar cada paso del proyecto. Organizar tareas, asignar responsabilidades al equipo y garantizar el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuesto.
Evalúar cómo los proyectos afectarán a la organización y su futuro. Esto incluye la transición de modelos actuales a los nuevos y la adaptación a cambios significativo.
Gestionar todas las autorizaciones internas y globales para la correcta ejecución del proyecto.
Toma de decision para que avancen los proyectos estrategicos en tiempo y forma
Conocimiento y habilidades:
Conocimiento de la operación del negocio en cuanto a crédito, administración del riesgo y administración de la cartera. Dominio de conceptos financieros aplicables a la elaboración de presupuestos y modelos presupuestarios, gestion de proyectos Visión Integral de la organización y su entorno interno y externo.
Experiencia laboral:
Al menos 4 años en puesto gerencial o mayor
Educación
Nivel académico: Maestría / Posgrado
Area o especialidad: Económico Administrativo / Marketing / Ingenieria Industrial /Actuaría
Habilidades técnicas
Participación en programas en Alta Dirección, Diplomados en Finanzas, Gestión Empresarial y Liderazgo, Gestion de Proyectos
Idioma: Inglés TOEIC 700 pts
