Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Payroll Officer to manage our payroll processes accurately and efficiently. You will ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and provide excellent support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees on a regular schedule.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, taxes, and deductions.
  • Handle payroll taxes and submit reports to government agencies.
  • Address employee questions regarding payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on compensation matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems.

Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll applications.
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.

Nice to Haves

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
