ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
LATAMs DVC team designs, builds and deploys end to end value chain solutions across LATAM. As part of the Wave 1 – Smart Distribution and Smart Manufacturing value streams, multiple digital capabilities will be implemented that require a holistic approach to data integration that connects and delivers business insights across the value chain. These capabilities include: Inbound Control Tower, Digital S&OP, Probalistic Forecasting, Vendor Managed Inventory and Customer Relationship Management, MES, Predictive Maintenance, Smart Equipment, Digital Quality and Utilities, and Mfg Control Room. This role will partner with key stakeholders, capability owners, IT and Business teams to implement and support the E2E data integration strategy across Value Chain based on business requirements and use cases. This role will also be an advocate of DVC’s culture around data and analytics to enable future capability.
Your Impact
As Data Integration your scope would consist of:
Data Preparation
Partner with Project teams to refine requirements/use cases and provide expertise to ensure overall data governance, in line and compliant with enterprise data governance program. Partner with IT/Business Teams to ensure data is prepared for intended use (Data Lake consumption, advanced analytics models, etc.) across all DVC capabilities. Coordinates and monitors all data-related work activities with IT and Business partners adhering to project milestones. Monitors data quality milestones, performance measures and executes data quality improvements. Coordinates development and training of data quality best practices with operational capability owners.Data Integration
Identifies resources needed to deliver the data integration strategy Maintains awareness of all data integration related issues; manages selected issues & elevates as appropriate Communicate with IT/Business stakeholders progress, demonstrations of data business insights, and transfer of knowledge to build further capability. Defines and leads the implementation of all data integration activities Ownership and responsibility for maintenance of data elements that failed quality checks and can not be fixed at the sourceLeadership & Individual effectiveness behaviors:

Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferably IT/Computer/Data Engineering, or related field)Experience:
Technical: Expert understanding and ability to lead effective data integration across integrated Supply chain systems (SAP, JDA, MES, etc.) and connection to other IT systems Considerable experience in projects focused on data integration, business analytics, data insights Fluent in at least one Visualization Tool (Tableau, PowerBi, etc.) Experience with Azure cloud services Preferred: Experience in designing business intelligence reports and dashboards Preferred: Experience in developing business problem related statistical/Ml modeling with industry tools (Python or Scala) Soft Skills: Proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to timely identify and remove obstacles to progress Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop capability of others and build working relationships spanning several organizational levels Ability to work independently Collaboration & Influencing Skills Fluent in English / Spanish 5-8 years of Supply Chain or other high data usage systems.Competencies:
