We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and support the Flavors & Extracts Latin America business in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. The HR Manager will need to have solid experience and the ability to manage all Human Resources activities for the three sites including Employee/Labor Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Performance Management, Legal, Worker’s Compensation, Benefits, HR Reporting, Training & Development.

What you’ll do:

 Analyze in light of company policies and applicable Federal, State or local regulations.  Facilitate succession planning, training, roundtable discussions, etc. Ensure accuracy of HR data and utilizes data to support business operations and workforce planning.  Executes on HR strategy. Investigate employee complaints, disciplinary incidents, and workplace conflicts. Assist supervisors and managers with addressing work performance in their departments. Work with HR Generalist to assist employee with benefits. Prepare monthly employee headcount reports. Gather information and prepare schedules for annual headcount budget.

What you’ll bring:

10+years of human resources experience in transnational companies, including labor relations with unionized workforce. Bachelor´s Degree and Master´s Degree preferred. Possesses a positive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.  Excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Federal, State and local employment regulations.
