Tu rol:
Ejecutar todas las actividades de servicio que se asignen y que se coordinan a través del centro de atención a clientes de manera adecuada. (Incidentes de servicio, instalación, mantenimiento preventivo y modificaciones del sistema, según se requiera) Realizar instalaciones, puestas en marcha, mantenimientos, reparaciones y actualizaciones de todos los productos dentro de su área de experiencia, líneas de producto asignadas y asistir a otros colegas bajo supervisión. Asegurar que todos los procesos de instalación de equipos, de servicio y mantenimiento sean siempre de un nivel técnico, operacional y financiero óptimo, cumpliendo las expectativas de nuestros clientes. Documentar correctamente las actividades en campo, haciendo una entrega adecuada, completa y oportuna de acuerdo con los calendarios establecidos, documentación de servicios, gastos, etc.Tuexperiencia y habilidades:
Experiencia mínima de 2 años ó más en áreas enfocadas a servicio Habilidades con electricidad, electrónica, tecnologías de información y redes informáticas Habilidad analítica para diagnosticar y solucionar un problema en el funcionamiento de sistemas Conocimiento técnico, teórico y práctico de equipos médicos Orientado a resultados Resolutivo en campo Título y cédula profesional Inglés intermedio - avanzado comprobable Visa, pasaporte y licencia de conducir vigentes Nuestro equipo global:
