Sobre el rol:  

Queremos crear un mayor énfasis en la categoría Fútbol con nuestros banners y clubes. Con este objetivo, buscamos mantenernos como referencia en el mundo deportivo y deseamos que nuestro/a siguiente Brand Manager elabore e implemente la estrategia a través de los puntos de contacto con el consumidor.

Híbrído en San Pedro Garza García, N.L.

¿Qué debes hacer para llegar a la meta?:   

Fortalecer la consolidación del posicionamiento del banner en México. 

Impulsar el crecimiento en ventas, tráfico y margen del banner tanto en e-commerce como en tiendas físicas. 

Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de lanzamientos efectiva para las marcas. 

Diseñar y ejecutar el brand plan AOP 2024 (estrategia de banner). 

Evaluar y optimizar las plataformas de comunicación para potenciar la presencia digital. 

Elaborar y liderar el plan para digital 2024, asegurando su correcta ejecución. 

Dirigir y motivar a un equipo interno altamente calificado. 

Establecer relaciones sólidas y gestionar de manera efectiva a la agencia externa. 

Liderar el crecimiento de marcas como Nike y Adidas en ambos canales, físico y digital. 

Realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo del nuevo concepto de tiendas para garantizar su éxito. 

¿Qué debes dominar?:  

Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia internacional, Negocios Internacionales, afín. Deseable certificaciones o maestría en Sports Marketing. 

Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en marketing, con un enfoque especial en Brand Management. La experiencia en la industria retail y deportiva es deseable. 

Inglés avanzado. Fluidez en inglés es crucial para presentar resultados y negociaciones con altos ejecutivos. 

Pasión por el Deporte: Un gusto por el Fútbol y entornos deportivos es un plus que enriquecerá tu contribución a nuestras marcas. 

Amplia experiencia en negociaciones con proveedores, partners, equipos de venta y comerciales; y cierres de trato para expansión de negocios en nuevos mercados.
