  • Implementación de Soluciones:
  • Analizar los requerimientos del cliente y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas mediante Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Configurar e implementar módulos y funcionalidades de Field Service, incluyendo la gestión de órdenes de trabajo, programación y despacho, gestión de inventarios y activos, y movilidad.
  • Desarrollar y personalizar flujos de trabajo, integraciones y reportes para satisfacer las necesidades específicas del cliente.
  • Consultoría y Asesoramiento:
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento experto sobre las mejores prácticas en la gestión de servicios de campo.
  • Realizar sesiones de descubrimiento y talleres para identificar y documentar los procesos comerciales del cliente y los requisitos del sistema.
  • Ofrecer recomendaciones para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente mediante el uso adecuado de Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Capacitación y Soporte:
  • Desarrollar y llevar a cabo programas de capacitación para usuarios finales y administradores del sistema.
  • Brindar soporte post-implementación, incluyendo resolución de problemas y ajustes continuos para asegurar el rendimiento óptimo del sistema.
  • Crear y mantener documentación detallada del sistema y manuales de usuario.
  • Gestión de Proyectos:
  • Colaborar con equipos de proyecto y partes interesadas para asegurar la entrega oportuna de soluciones.
  • Supervisar el progreso del proyecto, gestionar riesgos y problemas, y garantizar la calidad de las entregas.

Conocimientos y experiencia necesaria:  

  • Experiencia con la personalización de Dynamics 365 mediante Power Platform, Power Automate, y Power Apps.
  • Conocimientos en integraciones con otros sistemas y uso de API..
  • Habilidad para resolver problemas técnicos y de negocio de manera eficiente y creativa.
  • Capacidad para realizar presentaciones y conducir talleres de formación.
  • Gestión de Proyectos:
  • Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de tecnología, preferiblemente con metodologías ágiles.
  • Habilidad para coordinar múltiples tareas y manejar prioridades en un entorno dinámico.
  • Certificaciones de Microsoft Dynamics 365, especialmente en Field Service, son altamente deseadas.
  • Mínimo 2-4 años de experiencia trabajando con Microsoft Dynamics 365 o plataformas similares de gestión de servicios en campo.
  • Experiencia previa en roles de consultoría o en proyectos de implementación de software empresarial

  • Capacidad para analizar procesos de negocio complejos y proponer soluciones efectivas
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para interactuar con clientes y equipos internos.
