The Opportunity

Ensure the sustainable and profitable growth of PepsiCo through the efficient management of team safety, the delivery of results in line with established objectives, and strategic alignment with customers and different sales channels.

Your Impact

As a Trade Mktg Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:

Responsible for managing the safety of the entire team. Responsible for delivering results, to cover the objectives set by PepsiCo. Lead and align a team that provides service to clients from different sales channels (AFH, eComm, DTS, Proxy, Wholesale) Monitoring and management in collaboration with KAMs of our clients' growth plans Collaboration with KAMs / JDVs to align demand plans per customer of each channel. Management and service of the 5 PepsiCo Stores. Support for the execution of PepsiCo's internal events, inside and outside its facilities. Responsible for the execution of commercial plans in our clients / chains. Recurring sessions with clients that allow the sustained growth of PepsiCo. Development of initiatives that allow us to ensure the strategic alignment of the company in the POS. Qualifications

Experience

Results-Oriented Leadership: Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet objectives set by the company. Strategic Alignment Skills: Ability to align strategies with customers and various sales channels. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams serving multiple sales channels (AFH, eComm, DTS, Proxy, Wholesale). Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in managing and collaborating with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to support client growth plans. Operational Excellence: Skills in managing P&L to ensure profitability and overseeing the execution of commercial plans. Event Coordination: Capability to support and execute internal company events.
