Experiencia Profesional: +5 años en puestos de Control Calidad y Metrologí Conocimientos Técnicos: GD&T , programación en PC-Dmis y/o Modus bajo modelos 3D - Interpretación de planos – Análisis de Datos Minitab – Control Estadístico de Proceso - Herramientas y metodología de Solución de problemas – Conocimiento del SGI – Estudios R&R – Gestión de sistemas de Calibración de Instrumentos Idiomas Inglés intermedio Habilidades / Competencias: comprometido con la seguridad, proactivo, responsable y trabajo en equipo, capacidad de análisis y toma de decisiones. Deseable Certificado GreenBelt. Conocimiento en Procesos de Maquinados es un plus. Tus responsabilidades Aseguramiento de la Calidad en las líneas de maquinados CNC. Liberación de proceso CNC, validación dimensional en cambios de modelo. Aplicación de los criterios de aceptación y aseguramiento de los Quality Gates definidos en maquinados. Validación dimensional en CMM Creación de programas de medición Gestión, manejo y administración de producto No Conforme. Gestión, manejo y administración del sistema y plan de calibraciones. Comunicación efectiva con las líneas de producción y almacenes Rolar turnos. Asegurar el sistema de medición mediante análisis MSA Aplicación de SPC para mejoras de proceso y/o toma de decisiones Reporte de Indicadores KPIs y control de la calidad en la producción. Soporte en análisis e investigaciones. Participación en validación de primeras muestras, validación dimensional CMM.
