Desarrollar y consolidar una marca de refacciones y sus familias de productos a través de los diferentes canales de venta (Taller/Mostrador/Mayoreo/Flotas/Colisión). Implementando y ejecutando el Marketing Plan anual para consolidar el negocio, buscando mayor rentabilidad y venta de los diferentes productos.

Responsabilidades:

Construcción y posicionamiento de marca a través de una estrategia 360 con la finalidad de consolidar la marca/categorías en el mercado.

Desarrollar campañas de lanzamiento de diversas familias de productos.

Análisis de competencia directa e indirecta (benchmarking), revisión de precios y monitoreo de actividades de Marketing.

Desarrollo y lanzamiento de programas integrales para el impulso de productos en el punto de venta a través de promociones, ofertas, análisis financieros y proyecciones de venta para cada una de las campañas.

Gestión y seguimiento de proyectos con la Agencia Creativa (campañas de lanzamiento, materiales de comunicación, pauta en medios, etc.)

Coordinación de proyectos con el área de Compras para elegir a los proveedores adecuados para el desarrollo de diferentes estrategias de Marketing (artículos promocionales, stands, presencia en eventos, desarrollo de videos, etc.)

Análisis e interpretación de indicadores clave de posventa (sell in, sell out, shares, Pen Rate Campañas, Control de presupuestos, etc.) elaboración de reportes para nivel Gerencial y Dirección.

Conocimiento en campañas digitales (social media) y estrategia de e-commerce.

Coordinación de estudios de mercado (cualitativos y cuantitativos) con la finalidad de lograr un mayor entendimiento de los consumidores.

_Requisitos_

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Ingeniería industrial o Administración.

Especialidad o Diplomado en Marketing, Branding, Publicidad o Comunicación.

Experiencia:

Experiencia en la industria automotriz, aftermarket o consumo dentro de áreas de Marketing.

Must have: Experiencia en desarrollo de marcas/categorías.

Nice to have: Experiencia en campañas de Aftermarket.

Idioma : Nivel de Inglés avanzado.

Disponibilidad para viajar: Ocasional.

Computer Skills:

Manejo avanzado de Excel (bases de datos, históricos de ventas, macros, reportes de análisis de ventas).

Competencias:

Habilidades analíticas, enfoque a resultados, trabajo en equipo, capacidad de administrar y gestionar varios proyectos de forma simultánea.
