Saludar y acompañar a los huéspedes a sus habitaciones. Abrir las puertas y ayudar a los huéspedes/visitantes que entran y salen de la propiedad. Informar a los huéspedes sobre las comodidades, servicios y horas de operación de la propiedad, y áreas de interés y actividades locales. Identificar y explicar las funcionalidades de las habitaciones a los huéspedes (es decir, cómo usar la llave de la habitación, mini bar, áreas donde se encuentra el hielo y las máquinas expendedoras, caja fuerte de la habitación, servicios de lavandería personalizados). Llevar el equipaje de los huéspedes a y desde sus habitaciones o área de botones designada. Ayudar a almacenar y recoger el equipaje. Ayudar a los huéspedes y visitantes a entrar y salir de los vehículos, incluyendo cargar y descargar el equipaje. Ofrecer a los huéspedes instrucciones para llegar a sus destinos. Tramitar el transporte (es decir, taxi, servicio de minibús) para huéspedes/visitantes, y anotar las solicitudes de transporte por adelantado según sea necesario. Comunicar los procedimientos de estacionamiento a los huéspedes/visitantes. Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informar cualquier problema de mantenimiento, peligros para la seguridad, accidentes o lesiones; completar la capacitación y certificaciones sobre seguridad. Asegurarse de que tanto el uniforme como la apariencia personal sean pulcros y profesionales. Mantener la privacidad de la información propiedad de la compañía; proteger sus bienes. Apoyar a todos los compañeros de trabajo y tratarlos con dignidad y respeto. Dar apoyo al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes. Cumplir las expectativas y los estándares de aseguramiento de la calidad. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar objetos con un peso inferior a 50 libras (22,50 Kg) o su equivalente sin asistencia. Ayudar a mover, levantar, transportar y colocar objetos que pesan más de 75 libras (33,75 Kg). Estar de pie, sentarse o caminar durante períodos prolongados o durante el turno de trabajo completo. Moverse a una velocidad que se requiera para responder a situaciones de trabajo (por ejemplo, correr, caminar, correr lentamente). Leer y verificar visualmente información en varios formatos (por ejemplo, las letras menudas). Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de la rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse. Moverse por superficies inclinadas, desniveladas o resbalosas y escalinatas. Subir y bajar escalinatas y/o rampas de servicio. Acoger y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional; contestar las llamadas telefónicas usando la etiqueta apropiada. Mantenerse en alerta ante la posible aparición de personas objetables en la propiedad. Efectuar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.
