BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A TM&D PERFORMANCE ANALYST

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Managerial

FUNCTION: Commercial Finance

LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the Commercial Finance department.

Reports to: Line Manager

Geographic Scope: Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Support in the maintenance of a a sustainable, agile pricing environment by assessing and evaluating commercial opportunities to drive value within the FMC category and management of the NTP categories Lead and track the execution & performance of initiatives and programs ensuring continued accuracy and timeliness. Build and manage data sets to drive commercial and consumer insight through internal reports, POS data and consumer data to continuously benchmark & strengthen BAT’s offers Manage Vistex maintenance including maintenance, testing and system or customer pricing issues. Accelerate RGM mindset adoption across the organization by leveraging digital capabilities, SAP, data analytics & trade partnership evolution through effective, targeted pricing & TCI strategies/tactics.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or other related/relevant fields 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the CPG industry Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint Strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment Solid understanding of category management and category development frameworks Proven ability to simplify and drive process efficiencies Experience working with SAP Bilingualism Preferred (English) Fluent in French is a plus Experience working cross-functionally to create a dynamic, empowered, and fun working environment which drives Company objectives SQL, Python, experience with working with Big Data
