Responsabilidades:
- Administrar y supervisar el sistema CRM, garantizando la precisión, integridad y seguridad de los datos.
- Personalizar la plataforma CRM para cumplir con los requisitos organizacionales.
- Crear y administrar cuentas de usuarios, roles y perfiles
- Importar, limpiar y mantener los datos de clientes dentro del sistema CRM.
- Monitorear la calidad de los datos e implementar las mejores prácticas de higiene de datos.
- Brindar entrenamiento y apoyo a los usuarios del CRM. Atender problemas de usuarios, resolver inconvenientes y ofrecer soluciones.
- Generar y analizar informes para ofrecer insights sobre los comportamientos y tendencias de los clientes. Desarrollar y mantener paneles de control para indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para comprender los requisitos comerciales. Trabajar con los equipos de ventas, marketing y soporte al cliente para optimizar el uso del CRM.

Requisitos:
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Tecnologías de la Información. Ing. en Sistemas, Ing. Computacionales, Administración de empresas, Marketing o carrera a fin.
- Mínimo 2-4 años de experiencia comprobable siendo supervisor de CRM o puesto similar Fuerte conocimiento práctico en CRM (ej. Bitrix, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSp) (requerido).
- Capacidad para expresar ideas complejas de manera clara y persuasiva.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales para interactuar de manera efectiva con clientes, colegas y partes interesadas.
- Inglés conversacional avanzado (indispensable ya que la segunda entrevista será completamente en inglés).
- Atención al detalle.
