Responsibilities :
Live around data. Think of it as a product that must continuously evolve to improve. Use this to produce high-quality information as a foundation for our products by building and improving pipelines on top of data from various systems. Connect several data sources to enhance the objectives in a strategical way. Design and implement data models, algorithms and simulations to support process improvements. Ensure that models are validated and optimized for performance. Performance monitoring, develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of supporting areas and various processes. Follow up on key accounts conversion and closely work with PMO & FBP to update status and build Scorecards, Performance dashboards, and relevant information. Follow up on the commercial plan for North America Crossborder Product, guaranteeing to:Identify roadblocks to win business and define concrete action plans to eliminate them.Create reports to track performance and improve the Sales Sycle.Classify top opportunities to create plans around it, to expedite closing implementation and seamless execution. Maintain a Product Information Repositories up to date. Follow up on top accounts conversion and closely work with PMO to update on key client status. Process Optimization by: identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement process improvement strategies and methodologies.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business administration, or similar careers required. 3-5 years of experience in operations, procurement, or sales in the logistics industry (International Road Transport), preferred. Understanding of the cross-border industry in North America. Analytical and strategic thinking. Process Optimization Driven & Project Management (Preferred) Displays leadership skills, inspires respect and trust; mobilizes others to achieve project objectives. Organization skills and detail oriented. Software skills: Excel Advanced (mandatory). Power BI (mandatory). PowerApps and Power Automate (Preferred). Advanced English level. Location: Guadalajara or Mexico City. #LI-DR2
