EJECUTIVO DE VENTAS
PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO::
Cumplir con objetivos de ventas, EBITDA asignado a su gestión y crecimiento marcado por los objetivos de planeación estratégica.
Asegurar la permanencia y crecimiento del negocio de Resinas Vinílicas México a través de la comercialización de nuestros productos en el mercado nacional, buscando la mayor rentabilidad y el posicionamiento que nos permita participar en los mercados más sanos y de mayor crecimiento.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
1. Cumplir con las metas fijadas en el plan estratégico respecto a su cartera. 2. Conocer las fuerzas y debilidades que tienen sus competidores para eficientar el EBITDA, sin poner el riesgo la participación de mercado asignado. 3. Mantener una relación estrecha con sus clientes para determinar en conjunto acciones que les permita optimizar y ampliar la operación. 4. Mantener informado a la direccion de la empresa sobre las tendencias del mercado que opera para alimentar la información usada en la planeación estratégica. 5. Coordinar las relaciones que existen de otros departamentos con sus clientes para evitar rompimientos en las relaciones comerciales y/ó favorecer el mejoramiento de relaciones. 6. Mantener informado al equipo interno de Mexichem sobre los factores clave del negocio que maneja para optimizar el servicio. 7. Mantener el balance de prónosticos y producción de inventarios, para evitar la generación de obsoletos que impacten al resultado del negocio. 8. Hacer crecer con su gestion el negocio en global. 9. Gestionar la venta de producto fuera de grado y el lento movimiento.10. Apoyar en labores de cobranza para que los clientes mantengan una cartera sana y dentro de sus cupos de crédito aprobados.
