General Administrator Office:

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role

Solid knowledge of office procedures

Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

Proficient in MS Office

Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Communicative and strong presentation skills, customer oriented.

Organizational skills

Follows regulations and agreements

In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

A team player with leadership skills

Requirements

Bachelor ´s Degree Business Administration, Finance, Public Account

Accountant / General Administrator Bachelor degree with previous financial and controlling experience.

English fluent written and spoken.
