Job Description
Desarrolla, diseña y planea distribución de maquinaria y equipo, flujo de trabajo y precauciones de seguridad para maximizar la utilización de las instalaciones de manufactura y de la planta. Asegurarse del cumplimiento de seguridad y estándares de diseño establecido por la industria. Evaluar productividad de los trabajadores y recomendaciones de mejora para incrementar la eficiencia de mano de obra y desempeño de operaciones, reduce desperdicio y demoras, y promover control de reducción costos. Desarrolla métricos para asegurar capacidades de producción de planta y equipo; identificar equipos y procesos flujos de cuello de botella. Establecer medidas de prevención de accidentes, planes y programar entrenamientos para el personal concerniente a todas las fases del proceso de producción.
Actividades/Experiencia requeridas:
3-5 años de experiencia en como ingeniero de OPEX en industria automotriz o medicaCertificación green belt o black beltExperiencia en las siguientes actividadesMejora de eficiencia, productividad y la calidad al mismo tiempo que reduce los costos y el desperdicio.Análisis de procesos: realizar análisis exhaustivos de los procesos existentes dentro de la organización para identificar ineficiencias, cuellos de botella y áreas de mejora.Iniciativas de mejora continua: Liderar y participar en proyectos de mejora continúa destinados a agilizar procesos, eliminar desperdicios y mejorar el rendimiento operativo general, usando las metodologías Lean Six SigmaAnálisis de causa raíz, estandarizacióncapacitación y educaciónDefinición de métricasGestión del cambio e influencia en equipos multidisciplinariosGestion de proyectos y presentación de los mismosTrabaja sobre objetivos de reducción de costosCertificación en evaluaciones ergonomicaBilingie 100% (Espanol/Ingles)Educacion: Carrera de IngenieriaOur goal is to create an atmosphere where every candidate feels supported and empowered in the interviewing process.
