Chubb has an exciting job opportunity available for a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. With us, you’ll serve as a quality assurance analyst, partnering with product owners, stakeholders, project managers, ServiceNow platform team and external implementation partners to continue driving forward how Chubb utilizes ServiceNow throughout the enterprise. We’ve developed applications across the platform including ITSM, Security Operations, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Application Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, and custom build applications. As our Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll help us to maintain and continue growing this platform company-wide. You’ll directly engage with your stakeholders and vendors, facilitating enhancements, new applications, and/or new feature requests across our application portfolio. And as we grow this platform, so too will you have opportunities to continue to grow your knowledge, not only of the ServiceNow platform but of our business and how best to align the capabilities of the platform to meet Chubb’s evolving business needs. 

In this role, you will:

Validate the ServiceNow application functionality built by developer(s) and the system administrator(s) prior to promoting configuration into production. Develop, maintain, and execute quality test plans, and test cases for various testing activities. (unit, functional, integration, system, regression and performance testing) Responsible for the execution of quality testing activities to support ServiceNow projects, enhancements, and defects with close interaction of the ServiceNow platform team. Manage the defect’s identified during testing interacting with the ServiceNow platform team on the validation of the fixes made. Provide quality testing effort estimates to project managers, and scrum masters. Interface with customers in providing guidance during user acceptance testing, including test case execution and documentation. Working closely with the product & integration owners in building a ServiceNow platform quality regression test plan and regression test cases for the products and integrations which can be used during the annual platform upgrade and other development efforts. Assist the ServiceNow platform team with the creation of Agile story’s based off requirements received. Utilize the JIRA application tool to capture all quality testing documentation. Provide feedback to Technical Analyst(s) on artifacts created during the requirements & analysis phase. Assist with defining and refining the quality assurance standards and quality assurance best practices. Drive forward ServiceNow test automation adoption and strategies. 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience performing quality assurance responsibilities in support of ServiceNow. Understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBM areas. Experience creating and executing detailed quality test plans and test cases based off requirements and stories. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with vendor partnerships and building cross functional team relationships. Experience using JIRA is a plus. Experience in building automated testing within ServiceNow (Automated Test Framework) is a plus. ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus. Strong understanding and use of IT quality methodologies & testing techniques (. unit, integration, system, automated, performance).
