Supply Chain Coordinator - Level III

We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator - Level III to join our team specializing in SALES & COST OF SALES for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México .
The Supply Chain Coordinator, under minimal supervision, uses statistical analysis and cross-functional collaboration to break down the demand plan and determine optimal inventory levels. Aligns the supply plan with the demand plan, contributing to supply chain stability. Monitors demand signals and adjusts planning parameters to optimize material flow and inventory based on customer needs.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Quality:
Perform quality checks on system planning parameters (inventory levels, reorder points, tracking signals, etc.).
Use the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) to manage processes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Delivery and Planning:
Analyze supply and demand, highlighting areas of concern.
Run simulations of changes in planning parameters and report on impact.
Align approved forecast adjustments with demand plan.
Monitor abnormal demand signals and adjust planning parameters if necessary.
Teamwork and Continuous Improvement:
Communicate effectively with the team and collaborate on continuous improvement projects related to safety, quality and processes.Operational Follow-up:
Follow up on contacts with carriers, manage waybills and shipping documents.
Perform proofs of shipment requested by customers and confirm material shipments.
Follow up on carrier contacts.
Follow up with production on shipped material
Receive production schedule: check status of material on floor, request documents from carrier.
Manage bill of lading.
Making labels.
Confirm material shipments by mail.
Proof of shipment when requested by customer.
Follow up by mail.
Raise tickets and report system issues.
Qualifications
Education: High School, TSU, Students, Undergraduate.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Document and Shipment Management: Preparation of waybills, carrier tracking and shipping documents (BOL, invoicing, tax stamps).
OEM Shipping Program Validation: Daily shipment management and validation.
Systems and Troubleshooting: Use of Oracle J28/J32 systems, ticketing and system troubleshooting.
Languages: Intermediate level of written English.
Minimum Experience: 2 years in a similar position.
Guarantee OTD 95%.
Experience: in material planning, inventory control or similar roles, with knowledge in management systems such as Oracle and techniques such as KANBAN, FIFO and PFEP.
