Execute the daily functions of arrival and departure for guests in a manner keeping with the Fairmont Service Promise and the guests. Take initiative to add a personalized experience Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-sellingQualifications
Service focused personality is essential and prior experience as a Front Desk Agent. Strong Interpersonal and problem solving abilities Prior experience with Opera operating system Fluent in English, other additional languages are a plus .
