RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in Audit and Report IMS North America Portfolio to ensure correct financial performance (Revenue, Cost & VCM)
- Ensure project cost budgets are accurate and in-line with project cost actuals.
- Run ad-hoc reports for management.
- Ensure Project Revenue Recognition and invoicing in line with customer PO and Sox requirements.
- Collaborate with members of Projects Accounting and Projects Administration teams.
- Assists with various Oracle clean-up activities.
- Assist with process documentation and training support
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA in accounting or finance.
- 1+ years of accounting & finance experience
- Very proficient in Excel, MS Office, Oracle.
- Proficient English required.
- Strong organizational, prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in challenging the status quo; always on the hunt for continuous improvement opportunities.
- The ability to go fast; the desire to help others go faster.
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to think about complex issues using scientific/critical thinking approach to solve problems and make sound judgments
