As a Senior Specialist Purchasing, you will responsible to ensure according internal and government guidelines, purchasing tender process for goods and services, as well as providers and vendors contract administration, cost control an quality service monitoring.
Responsibilities.
Manage the procurement and tender processes aligned with BMW Group policies (procurement, selection, contracts, audit and annual evaluation). Ensure due diligence, special reporting requirements and anti-corruption Compliance arrangements of BMW Group. Negotiate better financial conditions in BMW Group contracts with vendors. Ensure that vendors and suppliers contracts are correctly registered and all documentation is kept current by the contract’s owner. Alignment of vendor’s proposals costs with budget.Qualifications and experience.
Bachelor's degree on Business Administration or related field. Desirable automotive industry experience. +2 years of experience in purchasing area. Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics). Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Fluent in English language.
