Global Executive is looking for a:


SE Engineer


At a leading European digital services company, employing approximately 28,000 consultants and specialists across 19 countries. The company offers a comprehensive range of digital solutions and services, including consulting, systems integration, application development, and managed services, to support the digital transformation efforts of businesses and public sector entities.


The company has been present in Mexico since 1998 and has grown to over 1,600 professionals. The company provides innovative and agile services tailored to the local market, assisting clients in navigating the post-digital transformation era.


The Software Engineer for Digital Services plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining advanced software solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and an ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. This role demands advanced English proficiency and hands-on experience in key technologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET and related technologies.
  • Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and code reviews.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Excellence:
  • Leverage tools such as Azure, ADO (Azure DevOps), and GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and ensure best practices.
  • Implement and execute unit testing strategies to maintain code quality.
  • Learning and Innovation:
  • Gain expertise in Blazor if not already familiar and contribute to projects leveraging this technology.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing systems.




Requirements:
Required Qualifications:


Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering roles.


Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in .NET framework development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and queries.
  • Experience with Azure for cloud-based application development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Unit Testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of GitHub Copilot or similar AI-based tools for development assistance.
  • Willingness to learn Blazor framework.


Language Skills:


  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory for communication with global teams and clients.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in creating scalable and high-performance software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
