We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Manager, based in Torreon, Coahuila(E-Systems Division). 

As Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Materials Manager.

Your tasks will be:

Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering. Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time. Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams to solve repetitive and systemic problems. Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs. Maintain your area of ​​responsibility within the total parameters of 5S. Actively participate in the strategic boards of Production Forecast, SIOP and Plant Manning. Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge. Facilitate problem-solving strategies. Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

Education: 4+ Years on similar positions within the wire harness automotive industry. Advanced Excel. Problem solving skills. Leadership. English Advanced Level.
