Important company dedicated to metal-mechanic located in Guadalupe, NL is looking a new position:

Quality Engineer

The Product / Process Quality Engineer is responsible of performing the activities related with assuring a smooth and flawless Start Of Production of new products; and manage the given changes thru the life of product. Also, leading the activities to prevent and correct customer claims and recurrences, while enhance the Quality Assurance system.

All these activities and functions within the frame of IATF and related standard, Customer rules and its Specific requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor´s Degree Engineering

    3+ years of professional experience as Product or Process Quality Engineer.

·       Strong knowledge and experience in problem-solving methodologies (5 WHY, Ishikawa, 7 Quality tools, 8D).

·       of problem-solving methodology and statistical techniques.

·       Ability to train and deploy product quality standards for product / process assessment.

·       Proven ability to promote solutions to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures.

·       Proficiency in dealing with Customers.

·       Deep knowledge of AIAG Quality Core Tools, 7 Quality Tools and ability to implement and audit the production process.

·       Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
