Responsable de dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes a su llegada, asistirlos con la descarga de sus artículos de un modo seguro. Entrega la ropa lavada en lavandería a las habitaciones de los huéspedes. Capaz de trabajar rápida y ordenadamente. Buenas habilidades de servicio al cliente y de comunicación. Comprobar las condiciones laborales y la limpieza de la maquinaria y el equipo de la lavandería. Responder con prontitud a las solicitudes de los huéspedes, del Mostrador de Recepción o del departamento A Su Servicio. Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors. Coordinar todas las reparaciones con las personas apropiadas y recoger cuando esté terminado para su entrega. Verificar el suministro eficiente de productos químicos, productos, etc. para la lavandería.

Obedecer todas las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que tanto su uniforme como su aspecto personal sean pulcros y profesionales, mantener la privacidad de la información de la compañía y proteger sus bienes. Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional, preparar y revisar con precisión y puntualidad los documentos escritos y responder a los teléfonos usando una etiqueta apropiada. Desarrollar y mantener unas relaciones laborales positivas con otras personas, apoyar al equipo para lograr las metas comunes y escuchar y responder apropiadamente a los problemas de otros empleados. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Alcanzar por encima de su cabeza, doblarse por la cintura, girar la cintura, arrastrar y agacharse; agarrar, dar vuelta y manipular objetos; mover, levantar o transportar objetos con un peso inferior o igual a 10 libras (11.25 Kg); estar de pie, sentado o caminando durante un largo período de tiempo. Realizar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.

APTITUDES DESEABLES

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de 

Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).

Experiencia laboral afín: Al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral afín.

Experiencia como supervisor: No se requiere experiencia como supervisor.

Licencia o certificación: Ninguna
