Resumen de Trabajo:

El especialista de soporte al usuario final actúa principalmente como un “On site Support”, brindando soluciones de manera inmediata y remota de incidentes relacionados con las aplicaciones y sistemas IT utilizadas por el negocio.

Así mismo ayudará al funcionamiento diario de tecnología, mantenimiento y solución de problemas de escritorios corporativos, teléfonos, equipos de audio y video, conectividad y aplicaciones de escritorio.

Responsabilidades:

a los usuarios finales para garantizar que los servicios tecnológicos funcionen de manera óptima. problemas de IT a través de técnicas de diagnóstico y preguntas técnicas relevantes. el proceso de incorporación del empleado como asignación, configuración de equipos, asignación de cuentas, acceso a sistemas, entre otros. una comunicación abierta y contacto con los proveedores para soporte externo en caso de ser necesario. contacto inmediato con administradores de aplicaciones y sistemas, infraestructura, redes, conectividad. con comunicación abierta, así como brindar soporte técnico a los usuarios y clientes en el uso y resolución de incidentes de aplicaciones de IT críticas, incluyendo capacitación en rutinas sistémicas y documentación de procesos.

Competencias

Lic. en Sistemas de Información, Gestión de IT (Maestría preferentemente en área afín) de más de 5 años en el puesto. de Inglés avanzado (Oral y escrito) de soporte a usuarios de 1er y 2do nivel en sistemas de SAP EMM, NOMIPAQ o sistemas alternos. de soluciones de problemas técnicos de IT, ERP, redes, conectividad, infraestructura y telecomunicaciones así como office 365. comprensión clara de framework ITIL y gestión de servicios de aplicaciones. de seguridad IT y de incidentes con soporte interno y externo. de análisis, planeación y solución de problemas. de adaptación para trabajar en empresa multicultural.
