Join our team The Sr. Software Development Engineers are experienced professionals that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. They have in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise in software development. Sr. Software Development Engineers interact with internal and external teams to train them on the products, work on projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. In this role, you will mentor and guide others by reviewing the code of more junior software engineers as well as encourage others to grow their technical skillset. Sr. Software Development Engineers are creative problem solvers and are involved in continuously driving improvements across the software development life cycle as well as ensure best practices are utilized.

About the role:

In this opportunity as a Senior .Net Developer , you will:

Work closely with product owners and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop high quality code in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript and Typescript/AngularJS frameworks Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing systems Optimize performance by implementing best practices such as caching, lazy loading, etc Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to fellow developers Collaborate with other teams such as QA, DevOps, Product Management, etc Assist in estimating project efforts and timelines based on technical specifications Support production environments by resolving bugs and providing technical assistance


About you:

You’re a fit for the role of Senior .Net Developer if your background includes:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience At least 4 years of experience working as a .NET developer building complex web applications Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and preferable but not mandatory in JavaScript and Typescript/AngularJS frameworks Experience with databases such as SQL Server, NoSql databases like MongoDB Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, Jenkins, BitBucket, etc.
