We are looking for a Debt Settlement Specialist to join our team in the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by reaching out to potential clients and offering our financial products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and develop tailored solutions to help them meet their financial goals.

As a Debt Settlement Specialist, your primary goal is to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives. You should have a solid background in sales or a related field, along with a deep understanding of financial products and services. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be highly organized, with excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial markets and regulations.
  • Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans.
  • Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide them toward the best course of action.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently.
  • Negotiate account settlements within established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
  • Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with team members to enhance processes and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
